A full list can be found here. Not all policies allow direct billing payable to practitioner. A receipt will be provided with all necessary information to submit your own claim if direct billing is not available for your policy.

These group learning experiences are open to anyone who may benefit. Each workshop/class has its own description, so make sure you sign up for things appropriate to you as refund and cancellation policies are strictly enforced.

I'm often asked "How would you approach..." and "How did you..." so I created this option to help others grow their practices in the way that I've successfully done.

Have questions about building a successful practice? Having difficulties with client retention? I've thoroughly enjoyed helping close contacts build up their own practices, and look forward to helping you as well.

Book in some time to discuss your questions and receive mentorship and advice from someone with over a decade of experience across a wide range of workplace situations - from sports teams, clinical settings, and managing partner for a staff of 13.

Once booked, you will receive a link to the Pre-Call Form. Please fill this out at least 24 hours prior to our scheduled call. The more details I have in advance the better I can prepare resources and start to think about targeted ways to help you with your current problem or question, and get you growing faster!

Rebecca Gladney

Rebecca graduated with her Massage Therapy diploma in 2009, and discovered a passion for working with athletic populations in 2015. Since then she has worked with numerous athletes across a variety of sports. Selected teams/events include World and Canadian Muay Thai Champions, Pinty’s Grand Slam Tour Challenge (curling), HockeyNL’s High Performance Program, Hockey Canada’s Senior National Women’s Team, the IIHF High Performance Program, and the MUN Seahawks Women’s Basketball and Volleyball teams. As a former artistic swimmer, she was honoured to work with Canada Artistic Swimming’s Olympic Training Team during their visit to Newfoundland in 2019.

Rebecca earned her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology in 2021 from Memorial University, and is currently working towards her Sport Massage Therapist diploma. She uses cups and instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization in her treatments along with manual work, and puts a strong emphasis on client education and home care.

Outside of sports therapy, Rebecca has a strong passion for helping pre and postpartum mothers through all the stages of their journey. She strongly believes in the mental and emotional benefits of massage, along with the physical.
